Their player is underpriced vs your roster need. You pay market price for a piece that fits a hole — value comes from fit, not fleece. Calc: player value ≥1500, rising 30-day trend + you need the position + owner has 3+ quality assets there (waiver darts don't count).

📉 Sell
Your player is at peak value with desperate buyers in the league (teams weak at his position). Sell the spike before it fades. Calc: your player ≥1500 value, counts opponents weak at his position (quality assets below need threshold) = desperate buyers.

⬇️ Tier Down
Trade one stud for a slightly lesser player + value filler. You stay strong at the position and pocket the consolidation premium the buyer pays for quality. Calc: your stud vs their player one tier lower; return target = stud value + consolidation premium.

⬇️🥇 Tier Down + 1st
Same as Tier Down, but the sweetener is a 1st-round pick instead of a player. Capital flavor — picks appreciate toward draft season and never get hurt. Calc: their next-tier player + their 1st must ≈ your stud's value within tolerance; premium priced in.

🎯🥇 Tyler Edge + 1st
The arb special: market (FantasyCalc) sees a fair tier-down + 1st, BUT Tyler ranks the return player equal or better than the stud you give. On your real board the 1st is FREE. Calc: same math as Tier Down + 1st on FantasyCalc, plus the filter: Tyler ranks the return player ≥ your stud.

2️⃣🎯 2-for-Pick
Bundle two mid-pieces for a draft pick. Converts roster clutter into future capital + frees a roster spot. The rebuild/flexibility play. Calc: their 1st (2026-28) priced by FC; target = pick value + 550 waiver premium; finds your 2-player combos (each 1500-6000) within −200/+500 of target.

2️⃣⬆️ 2-for-1
Bundle two players for one better player. Consolidation — one weekly starter beats two flex-fighters. You pay the premium here (~550 FC waiver adjustment), so use when contending. Calc: your two pieces vs their one better player; you pay ~550 waiver premium as the consolidator; combos within tolerance flagged.

⬇️👥 Tier Down 2P
Reverse of 2-for-1: give one stud, get TWO startable players whose combined value exceeds him. You're the splitter, so the slot-tax premium flows to you. Best when top-heavy or in deep formats. Calc: their two startable players (each ≥3000) combined ≥ your stud + premium — slot-tax flows to you as the splitter.

🎭 HVP+LVP
2-for-2: your stud (real currency) + a noise piece (500-2000 filler) for two desirable 3000+ players. The filler exists to bridge the FC math — you turn one starter + one bench barnacle into two starters while the calculator calls it even. Calc: your 5000+ stud + your 500-2000 filler vs their two 3000+ pieces; combined values must match within tolerance.
